Linton Farm is a warm and comfortable family home, situated with in 2 acres of private land on the boarder of the famous North Devon/Cornwall coastline, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The Old Farm House is an original cob Devon long house with 2' thick walls, which has been added to over the years. It was recently modernized keeping all the original features such as large wooden beams, Inglenook fireplaces and the old bread oven. It sleeps 10 and has a 35' living room/dining room which makes it perfect for hosting large family parties. It can be rented with the Cottage to sleep 14 useful for grandparents that want some peace!

              

The Cottage was converted from the old granary barn to sleep 4 and is perfect for quiet get aways or walking holidays in all weathers. The public footpath runs from our paddock to the Atlantic Coastal Path and the Rayburn keeps it warm for your return. The owners (an Artist and a Pianist) have collected and created many original pieces of furniture and art which give the property an eclectic/artistic style mixed with necessities of a modern, practical family life.
